updated bank details - payment on hold for more than 8 days

Does anyone know how long it takes to withdraw funds after you have changed to a different bank account on ebay? I have updated my bank details recently as my account was connected to my old card, I have sold 2 items, a micropayment of £0.10 was made to my new bank today but its been 8 days since I sold the item. How long does it take for me to be able to access my funds with my new bank account? 

I did read there might need to be a second micropayment made to my account when would that be? 

I am going on holiday next week and was hoping to have this money ready for my travels.

Yes,  there are usually 2 micro deposits received.  Did you confirm back the one you did receive.

I would contact eBay Customer Services, but only very first thing in the morning on a weekday when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  Ask them if another micro deposit is  on its way or could they send another.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
