How do you turn off promoted listings?

The charges are ridiculously high

Personally,  I would end the listings,  and relist unticking the selected promotion .

The last time I did it I was able to bulk end promotional campaigns here:

My eBay > Selling > Listings > Advertising dropdown menu > Campaigns
