If the funds are not being held, and they are currently sitting in your eBay account as available, the funds will be sent to the bank account on file. So, if the funds were sent to a different bank account, you will need to wait until these funds bounce back to your eBay account, and then we will try to send the funds again to the bank account on file, if that bank account is the new one, then yes, they will be sent to the new bank account. Please note that if the funds that were sent the first time don't bounce back to your eBay account because your bank is blocking them, you will need to contact your bank to resolve that with them directly.
