Underpaid?

Hello, 

I sold an item for £40. It was collection only, funds on hold till collection…  Buyer collected today… confirmed collection through eBay…. Now my funds are available but only £37.06

When I go back on the sale page it’s says £40 and £0.00 fees … can’t find anywhere which explains the missing amount… 

any ideas?

That looks suspiciously like the £2.94 postage charge on your previous sale,did you pay for this from eBay Balance?

Your fees for this transaction is 0 indeed. However, you had an outstanding balance for a shipping label from a previous transaction, so part of your funds of this new transaction covered the shipping label fee from that previous transaction.
