Anyone else experienced this error when trying to add their bank account to receive their Payouts?
Nothing seems to work. No option that the reps suggest, neither of the options on this page as well.
eBay reps have told me they are experiencing a technical issue and are working on a fix, but no estimate on when that will happen is given.
