Transaction within Ebay Italy

I live in the UK, and am trying to buy an item from Ebay Italy to ship to an Italian address, but the payment option is greyed out, so I can't proceed. I added an Italian address and phone number, checked all the fields, they seem correct. Why is that? Thanks, Paola.

Sellers can block buyers with registered addresses in countries they don't post to.  So adding an Italian address won't help you.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry, my mistake, I did manage to sort it out in thevend, I hadn't realised that I missed to fill out one of the fields. All ok now. Both seller and receiver are in Italy.
