Hello, my mother's eBay account was permanently closed when we first used it, and our payments were never transferred to the bank account. Now, when we log into the account, the balance shows, but no payments are being sent. Payments should have arrived over 4 months ago, but they haven't. The balance in the account is also not usable for purchases because it doesn't allow it.
We cannot contact an agent for any issues related to the account. All inquiries are automatically answered with a message regarding the ban, and we can't get in touch with any real customer support. The "request a call" button doesn’t work, as it says something is wrong. Additionally, the account isn’t even able to access the community!
We can't reach anyone in any way. Please, a real representative needs to help us get the money into the account. This is more than £1000, and we need it!

We wanted to let you know that your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk. We understand that this must be frustrating, but this decision was not made lightly and it’s important that we keep our marketplace safe for everyone. For more information, see our article on how and why accounts can be suspended or review our User Agreement.

Can any customer representative contact me? I am willing to resolve the issue without reaching the financial ombudsman, but it seems like no one cares

Almost another month has passed, and eBay still hasn't sent my money. The messages I send to the moderation team here are being answered with automatic responses, and we can't speak to a 'human representative' from the main account in any way. We've filled out forms more than 10 times, and they’ve all been automatically responded to. I think it’s time to turn this into an official case.

If you look through the user agreement, it does state that Ebay can hold your funds for up to 180 days.
Other members can only offer very general advice as we have no access to the account in question.
Obviously, you can request help from the Financial Ombudsman.
