The decision is final and can't be appealed.

Does anyone have any idea to appeal a that's wrong ! Used the filter to sort out trouser size. 32L 32 W when they arrived from Poland the inside leg was 28 (would make a nice pair of shorts) seller offered a refund to an amout of money I was happy with. They then contacted me stating they had hit the return button by mistake. So trousers retuned to Poland. Have spent £27 on trousers and returns. Appealed to get some of my money returnded. Amazingly a final decision has ben made. So i"m £27 out of pocket. Thank You EBay

Was this through a case or did you just contact the seller.

Did you send them back  tracked?

Try talking to customer services and see if they can help you.

Here's a link to get a callback that should bypass the automated assistant during opening hours.

If they can't/won't help and you paid by PayPal open a case in their resolution centre.

They will probably want proof the item was returned so hopefully you sent them back by a tracked method.

Otherwise contact your bank or debit/credit card  provider and dispute the payment by initiating a chargeback.
