I am new to ebay selling. I have been paid into my bank but don't know what the figure relates to. How do I find out which item/items it's for? Or do we get paid for the postage back too? The amount dos not corresponding to any of my items

Hi @lagl4934 ,

Thank you for your post.

There is a payout section on your eBay account(under payments) that shows each payout sent to your bank account. Please see here. Each one has an associated payout id and by clicking into it it will show you all the transactions associated with it.

More details on payouts here

Thank you,

Kat

Hi @lagl4934 ,

We are unable to check accounts here on the community so I don't have access to see your exact figures. I'll try and explain the best I can.

The postal charges in red would be charges for postage labels, that amount is deducted from your total funds. These would have been used to send out orders.  There should be an option to "view" beside the figure in red where it will show you the order the label was used for. The figures in black are the amounts you are paid minus the figures in red.

Thank you,

Kat
