Reversing an item I have marked as paid.

I have incorrectly marked an item I have sold as Paid.

How do I reverse it ?

I'm not 100% sure this is still available but click on the item,  go to Order Details,  and from More Actions drop down menu there may be ' Mark as Unpaid' option to select.

Use a PC / laptop for this, not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome and Firefox work best with eBay.
