We started delleing as a private seller but later converted as a business selle, initiated a payout but bank hold nd asking for payout proof

Invoice

need help to sort it out.

Are you using a personal bank account for business sales?

If so, you need to open a business bank account

Your bank is required to ask for this information to prevent money laundering and to check you arent running a business on a private bank account

Mettle offer free business banking

Your bank may accept your eBay listings showing what you have sold 

eBay do not issue remittance advice letters

What do you mean exactly with proof of payout? We don't ask for proof of payout, I'm wondering if you mean that we've sent you a couple of small deposits to your bank account, which you need to enter in your eBay account once you receive them in order to verify your account, or are you looking for your payout ID to trace your funds? If so, it should be in your payout description.
