Permanently suspended - funds on hold

My account has been suspended, with all products delivered, yet all of my funds are on hold (around £500) 

I spoke to eBay, and I was told I'd have to wait '170 days or more' to receive my funds. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you get your funds eventually? And does anyone have any advice on how to tackle this situation?

Yes after 3 months but they would not give me any answers or explanation

I'm in the same situation so gutting. Will I get my money it's a indefinite restriction asked for explanation and when will I get my money but panic mode is setting I tried to do everything right send all invoices

Yes you'll get paid, I get banned all the time at one point had 15k across many accounts lol. Dont worry

Absolutely, oh i took my revenge though. Not only did I get them to pay what they owe, they paid me double + chase me every day for funds that i am never ever going to pay based on the stress they put me under

I can not believe they pay the ombudsman £750 to investigate yet won't pay
me my funds 9+months

You just need to wait and keep messaging in the end they’ll do it usually 3 months

Yes but its only because they just paid out doesn't matter what you do they
will only pay if amd when they feel like it .... I also sold a second hand
electrical item ..the 30 days money back buyer protection had passed so I
refused a refund ... buyer said item only worked a couple of times amd said
I knew it was faulty ( which it wasn't) they opened a case and lost but
then involved their card company and after having the item for 150 days
automatically got a refund and gets to keep the item which was £168.50
nothing i can do about it ...

And this was a second hand item which the buyer admitted using so was ok
when they got the item ... eBay are robbing thieves

Was there anything you said to them in particular to speed the process up and get your money quicker ?

You are unlikely to be able to get the money released any quicker as eBay will hold it until no cases can be opened
