I've just checked for you there, and I can see your funds are button to withdraw is all there no problem. Try clicking here, you should be able to see all your info there no problem. If it doesn't work, please try clearing the caches and cookies of your browser, or using a different browser. If that still doesn't do the trick, please let me know, and I will be happy to take a further look for you.

Thank you it worked! Sadly though I cannot withdraw the funds. Not sure why? Its been a while since the item has been delivered so the funds should be cleared now.

I've just checked for you there, and the button to withdraw your balance there and seems to be active. Just for clarification, in the blue box in your payments section, you will see your balance. To the right hand side of that blue box, you will see a little arrow pointing right, if you click there, you can start the withdrawal process.
If you are not see this, could you please take a screenshot of what you see, so I can assist you further? If you are sharing screenshots, please make sure that no personal/sensitive information is displayed just for privacy and security reasons.
