Ebay paid out my balance to my old bank account which has been closed a few months ago as I forgot to update a different account detail. Pay out was a week ago on the 1st April. My ebay balance shows 0 pound, no sign of failed transition nor any message from ebay. I tried to contact to customert service but I only get automated assistant.  How can I find where is my money? Hope someone can help me please.

It will be returned by the bank to eBay eventually, seems to take while for that to happen though.  In the meantime make sure you update and verify your bank details.

Just to add to the advice given above, normally when this happens it can take up 30 days for the funds to bounce back, once the funds bounce back, we will try to send the funds again to the account you have on file, so make sure to update your bank details to ensure the funds are sent to the correct account this time.
