I have been selling on eBay for 19years !!! I’ve put a lot of effort into it and have been selling really well. Since the 4th April?! Well you know what I’m going to say my sales have gone down dramatically!!! Buyers telling me they’re not going to buy off me now !! Only going to buy off business sellers ! Buyers protection!! What’s the matter with the 30 day money back guarantee!? Then to turn the screw even more eBay hold onto my money for as long as they can!! I send 48hrs tracked but they hold on to my money for longer than two days after delivery and longer using global shipping!! It’s going to Lichfield not the other side of the world.. this system is crushing my use of eBay and its greed ebay ?? Really bad move 😡😡😡
I've got items saying "pending awaiting delivery" yet had have had feedback from buyer confirming delivery and how satisfied they are. This new system is a mess and yes sales have gone down
Have you looked into eBays Private & Business account policies? Also HMRC guidelines on selling online and the trading allowance? These may help you for future endeavours. @suzybaby117
You got it !! There’s nothing good about this new system. Well, not for sellers or buyers!! The only one who benefits even more is eBay !!! But how many sellers or buyers leaving will it take before they realise this !
