Hello eBay people, can some help. I've got money in my eBay balance, but eBay won't let me use it. For the 30th phone call I found out apparently I owe eBay a small amount of money owed. When I tell them to take, it from my balance they say no. Apparently I've got to log into my old account from 7 years ago, of witch I don't know the details. So I have offered. My current balance is locked, out I cannot use the money I have earned rightfully ect. I was told to open another bank account to receive my funds, but I cannot because I don't have photographic ID. I can't win. What a great experience eBay
