Seems there is an issue this morning regards withdrawing your money out of the account - keeps asking me to sign in over and over and over again - anyone else having this issue?

Re: Payment withdraw

Hi musicforyou, thanks for your post.

Is this still happening to you? If so, could you please share a screenshot of the screen you get when you try, so we can take a further look?

Thank you,

Marco

Re: Payment withdraw

As long as your payout is not on any hold and is showing in the Available section of your Payment Summary follow the guidelines below.  Perhaps use a laptop / PC  with Chrome,  that might also make a difference.

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on the  >  arrow,   top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

Your eBay  balance will show at the top, cliick on withdraw bottom right.

On the pop up screen which appears, at the top,  there's a large,  bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it.  There,  you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Send £*** Now click on this.

A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way.  Click on this and then on Done.

Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times,  as to when you are able to withdraw the money.  Some banks are faster than others.

Re: Payment withdraw

Hi bagsy1, thanks for your reply.

If you follow the great advice from @tressygirl above, you should be able to withdraw your funds no problem. Simply make sure that your funds are available and not being held, and if after that you are still unable to do this, please let me know and I'd be happy to take a further look for you.

Thank you,

Marco

Re: Payment withdraw

Yes, me too. I've had this in the past. Ebays way of hanging on to your money

Changed my password 3times and now it's locked me out

I can spend it on Ebay though,

Re: Payment withdraw

Check your account to see if the 'locked out' is see on, now Bank Hols are over until next week.

If it is, contact eBay's Customer Services to release this lock out.

It is important that you have full access to your funds to spend where you want.

Re: Payment withdraw

None of this works. Just stuck in an endless loop between withdraw funds downward arror and log into your account.

Have cleared cache and cookies but still stuck in loop.

Have had online chat with eBay who say they will get back to me within 72 hours.

I just want my money!

Stuck in endless loop between white arrow on blue funds display and log into your account. Cleared cache and cookies with same result.

How do I get my money?

Really not good enough eBay!

Re: Payment withdraw

Hi

has anyone suggested updating your iPadOS 16 to iPadOS18 . I had the same trouble as you ,if you are using an iPad . Having little knowledge I just pressed the upgrade button and my money then became  available when I went back to eBay .It seem’s the old software cannot cope with eBay’s many updates

Apologies if you have already tried this and failed. EBay do not inform people that they have to update their software when they make their frequent changes to increase their monetary profits

Re: Payment withdraw

Many thanks for your post. My software is up to date as far as I know so I don't think this is the problem.

However! I have found what seems to be a workaround for this (well, it is working for me at the moment).

All the errors and looping back to log in were happening in the old My eBay seller software. As an experiment  I tried using the Seller Hub (which I really don't like) and, suddenly it worked! The withdrawal went straight through without issue.

I hope this will also work for anyone else experiencing the problem.

Thanks again for your input on this.

Best regards Tony
