Payment on hold

Ok so I don't sell often,but I recently did a big sale, package was delivered and buyer confirmed,royal mail also confirmed so all good,but on the item it shows items been dispatched and I'll get paid once delivered, problem is,I can't add tracking numbers to the items,keeps coming up as an error,if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it

If you didn't use the eBay Simple Delivery postage label you cannot add a different tracking number.    The option to change tracking has been removed.    So payment will be held for 14 days.   If eBay are classing you as a new seller it may be held for 30 days.
