Payment/Accessing Funds

Hi there

I have sold an item from Ebay,  the funds were available on 9 July 2025 but I have no option on my portal to withdraw the funds.

Can anyone suggest what I can do?

Hi aus_9608, thanks for your post.

I can see your funds are available, and you should be able to withdraw your funds no problem. Are you getting an error when you try to withdraw your funds, or is the button greyed out or something like that? I would recommend clearing your caches and cookies as well, and then try again to see if that works.

I am having the same problem.

No option to withdraw funds.

The button isn't even there, just an eBay balance.

Hi there

This still doesn't work.  I have cleared cache and cookies.  I still get the same issue where I can't even access the button to confirm the withdrawal to my bank acct.  I have tried using all search engines including using my phone.  

I need to be able to withdraw the funds, can Ebay release the funds to me? Below is a screenshot of what I am getting.  There is no line at the right side of the screen that allows me to scroll down

I was having the same problem of not being able to withdraw funds. I found that opting out of the new Seller Hub found at top right in 'my ebay' and back to the old system worked for me.

I am having this same problem too. I normally manually take mine out weekly. On my private account the button to "withdraw" is greyed out and on this business account, when I click where it shows my total funds, you then normally get the box up to withdraw but that is not appearing and the page is going to All transactions.
