Only 1 payment option showing now

It's been a while since I sold a car on eBay but I have just listed one and the only payment option showing is "cash on pickup" and nothing else. Does this mean that this is the only payment method accepted for cars now? I understand they changed the rules but can't see anything that says that when selling cars the only payment option available will be cash.

You can't offer viewings anymore either.You can get in to trouble when you try to exchange contact details as Ebays bots see it as attempted fee avoidance/off Ebay deals.
