I just want to express how upset and frustrated I am with Ebay and this glitch I have been experiencing for nearly 6 months.
I need to make a one time payment to pay my fee's so I can use my account again. Seems simple right? Certantly not.... the IT team need to have a long look at themselves for letting this still be problematic for so long.
The problem is everything I try to pay, it asks for a new payment method. I put this through and then it glitches out and never lets me add it or pay. I have gone through all type of customer support and its the same thing, try new device, new browser etc. NOTHING WORKS.
If anyone else has this problem.... well unlucky.
I'm going to set up a new account and start all over again. Not worth it anymore
