As a new or returning seller eBay can hold initial payouts from sales fo up to 21 days.

They wish to see items delivered.

With a collected item if there was no QR code to add to the dispatch notice , is the feedback you've received for the mattress feedback for this item?

Then,  you need to wait another few days as this shows delivery ,  your payout should be released this week.

If by the end of the week the hold is still there,  then contact eBay Customer Services,  direct them to that feedback explaining this was a collected item so no tracking, no QR code given, but feedback was left and ask if you money can be released.

To Contact Customer Services, I find the quickest way to contact them, either for a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back, to click on this link:

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

For information :- The safest and only secure way to be paid for larger personal collection items is >

Cash on collection is allowed and recommended using these links as there is little a Seller can do to speed up payment by any Card payment method to avoid a 14 days or more eBay Payment hold ... QR codes confirming payment and item receipt are not essential for Buyer collection items.   Buyers signature on order printoff may be useful in event that you need to confirm collection /delivery ... so minimal risk of future disputes. >>

Collection in person ... Buyer sees >
You can contact your seller to arrange to pay for and collect your item.

0n collection/delivery (using a PC/Laptop is best) Seller needs to return to the sold item and mark as paid and despatched in dropdown menu on right hand side ... See the information in these links to list Cash on Collection items >

If you have not already done so, what I would suggest is that you go back to your Selling Preferences and make sure that eBay have not automatically opted you into receiving payments automatically.  That way you can list items as Collection In Person Only without eBay's automatic payment feature kicking in and forcing the buyer to pay for the item before he/she has even had the chance to discuss a mutually acceptable date and time to collect the item from you.

If you were to do this then when you list a Collection In Person Only item for sale you could include something in the listing along the lines of "Cash on collection preferred as payment for this item", in which case should the buyer choose to pay you in cash you would have the money available to you straightaway once he/she had collected the item from you and made payment for it.  Under such circumstances you would not have to wait for three weeks until the payment is released into your account.

With regards to eBay's rule on holding payments for twenty-one days for new or returning sellers, once you have reached a certain level of sales that have resulted in postive feedback eBay will relinquish the twenty-one day hold on your payments and you should find that the money will be made available to you much sooner than it is currently the case.
