Lost parcel by Evri

I had to refund a buyer - Due to Evri losing my Parcel

How do I get a refund back on my lost parcel????

I believe you have to contact Evri's customer service and make a lost parcel claim, provide evidence that you have refunded the buyer and that the parcel was lost and they should be able to compensate you from there once investigated.
