I had to refund a buyer - Due to Evri losing my Parcel

How do I get a refund back on my lost parcel????

I believe you have to contact Evri's customer service and make a lost parcel claim, provide evidence that you have refunded the buyer and that the parcel was lost and they should be able to compensate you from there once investigated.

If you purchased the label from Evri directly, you will need to contact them in order to claim the money back. If the label was purchased through eBay, you can put the claim through using this link here.
