Item showing as unpaid after paying bank transfer

Purchased a large item that was collection only and paid via bank tranfer on collection, item still sitting in my cart saying unpaid how can I rectify?

Send your seller a message to mark the item as Paid and Dispatched.

Dispatched is eBay's wording for a collected item.

Explain this will stop the Pay Now nnotifications you're receiving.

They also need to manage this using the Seller Hub.
