Hi
Firstly here is an Ebay link regarding payments on hold. I suspect as you rarely sell and the sale price Ebay have put a hold on the funds for at least 30 days. I presume you are referring to the saw?
When you look on your account under PAYMENTS does it say X amount is pending? We need to know what it says under payments so we can advise you properly.
There are a few reasons why you have not received the funds but lets start with the above

Hi, No it hasn't got pending, it has the money there and an arrow which takes me to the account of my choice but there are no options there to click on to withdraw the money.

As long as there is no initial hold on your payout, that is, if you are a new or returning seller, proceed this way below.
Stangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others, so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you.
Click on Payments >> Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal, is available for you, in a big blue banner.
Click on the > arrow, top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.
Your eBay balance will show at the top, cliick on withdraw bottom right.
On the pop up screen which appears, at the top, there's a large, bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it. There, you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Send £*** Now click on this.
A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way. Click on this and then on Done.
Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times, as to when you are able to withdraw the money. Some banks are faster than others.

I transferred money to my bank about an hour ago. At first, every time I clicked on the arrow it took me back to a log in page, this happened about five times before I received the option to withdraw, so maybe a glitch is preventing you from withdrawing.

I have the blue banner and the arrow but when i click on it all it does is takes me to my bank details, there is no option at all to withdraw any money. Thank you anyway but i can't see any solution to this other than to close the account and not sell anything else on ebay.

Hi montague55, thanks for your post.
I can see that you have withdrawn your funds today, so your funds should be in your bank account any time from now.
Please note that when you're a new seller or you're an infrequent seller, holds may apply to your funds as per our policies. For further info on this, you can click here.
Thank you,
Marco

Hi, Yes it was my fault as I wasn't scrolling down far enough, it was right at the bottom of the page. Thank you.

Thank you. I had the same issue. I wasn't scrolling down far enough so for you to say it was on the bottom right was really helpful and I kept going! Cheers

Happy my instructions helped. 🤗 .
It's not an easy, clear process, I must agree depending on the device you're using.

Yes it certainly was. As you say, sometimes you can't see the bottom of the screen (as on my laptop) so I didn't know it went further down until you mentioned it was on the bottom right. Then I was determined to find it!
Happy Christmas!
