Global Shipping Programme

I have been a seller, for over 12 years.  I've sent 6 items to the Global Shipping Programme at Litchfield over two weeks ago.  Items were posted via Royal Mail 24-hour delivery, as paid by the Buyers. Royal Mail states that the items have been delivered to the Hub. in the desired times, But NO update from E-bay, They state that once the item has arrived at the hub, payments will be released within 2 days. It's 10 days later and still no funds released, Buyers have the right to query the deliveries and our funds be put on hold by E-bay, The sellers are not treated in the same way. Whenever we have any queries, we're fobbed off with "Your pay-out for this item is on hold as part of our standard process to ensure a secure and trustworthy marketplace. Tracking details show that this item is on its way to the buyer. The payment will be on hold until delivery is confirmed".

Why is this when we hold a 100% feedback from over 3500 buyers over the past 12 years.

You will need to ring customer services, ideally first thing in the morning so you get the Irish call centre.

Once the item is received at the GSP hub you SHOULD have received your funds. Delivery to the buyer is now GSP's problem, not yours.

Your previous feedback means absolutely nothing, you will however get a thank you from the CS rep which again means absolutely nothing!

Go to Pitney Bowes' tracking at https://trackpb.shipment.co/track and you will see your items. I got more of a "f you" from the eBay rep I spoke to last Friday about all of this who initially refused to look at the tracking link I gave and said "So you're right about tracking and every eBay rep you've spoken to is wrong". They eventually begrudgingly looked at the PB tracking system.

eBay's tracking system is clearly broken, with no integration with Pitney Bowes. Yet it seems nothing is being done about it.
