Funds on hold

Can anyone help.

I reported a scammer to ebay (as a private seller) and to cut a long story short, they permanently restricted my account and with held almost £900 of my money for 190 days.

I need my money but not getting anything from Ebay.

Is there an email address or a complaint process I can go through to put my case forward as I haven't done anything wrong.

There is no complaints dept. as such but you can write to their UK office,  details of this is found in the user agreement at the bottom of the page.
