E-bay balance withdrawals on demand not working.

I am having problems with the new e-bay balance system.  I have funds cleared and available for withdrawal but the system doesn't appear to be working and I can't withdraw my money.  I have contacted E-bay by telephone and the agent I spoke with has passed the information I gave him to the I.T. team.  I find this all very frustrating as the previous system worked perfectly and by now my funds would have been in my bank account.  For information, as I explained to the agent, I can get a page up showing my funds are available for withdrawal.  I can then tap on withdraw and another page comes up that seems to freeze showing a zero balance.  At the bottom of this page there is a bit that says "send my money now" but as the page appears frozen this does not respond.   This problem happens on both my laptop and on the E-bay app.  I have been a member of E-bay for about a year and have been very pleased with the way things operate up until now!   So I would very much appreciate a swift resolution to my issue.

Can you post a screenshot of the last screen you get to before you get stuck?

Have a look at graphics posted a couple of days ago by bunny -- boiler.  They might help.  I am not quite up to doing screenshots - sorry.

I didn't ask you for one, I asked @brookandwindsor to show how far they could get to see if it was a different issue to the ones that have already been covered (which seem to be a lack of understanding/clear guidance rather than an actual problem).

I am not having a problem myself.

Experiencing the same thing . Im using chrome / laptop and desk top too . been like this for weeks. Did you sort it ?

This is all new to all of us and must admit there are quite a few clicking on arrows to get to the correct point.

To withdraw yor money do this:

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on that > you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code,  then on the pop up screen which appears click on Withdraw found at the bottom of that screen.   You will see £0.00 at the bottom, at the top a larger £0.    There manually enter the amount you wish to withdraw.  Bottom right click on >  Withdraw.

I am using a laptop and Chrome to receive these views.

Money is then sent to your bank,  and it depends on your banks processing times,  as to when it is then available for you, most banks can process the payout quickly.

Thank you , It worked ! Admittedly I figured it out myself that you need to input the actual amount where it had a £0  but didnt want to post it here in case it was too obvious and i might look a bit silly haha!

You have to click on the big £0.00 and physically enter the amount to withdraw.

i thought it wasn't working either. I'm on an iPhone.

I did eventually with a little help.  The bit where you have to manually enter your withdrawal amount is what seems to confuse people.

Bit obvious, but that's the first thing I did. It is greyed out! It doesn't work, even when I force stop the app and clear cache etc. I might try to delete and reinstall the app. Bit extreme. Rubbish new payout system. Who the hell made that up?!!!

Are you clicking on the correct £0.00?

There's one at the bottom of the page but underneath the withdraw is greyed out,  so on that page scroll to the very top and click on the large single £0 which is in bolder print, add the amount there, then scroll down to > Withdraw at the bottom.

Some have also said switching from the Seller Hub to My eBay has helped, perhaps try this?

I have the same problem . It's says £... can withdraw but on clicking on the nex page that says zero above says £... won't let me go any further. Please go back to the original fund withdrawals method or fix this page .

You need to change the zero to the amount you want to withdraw.

Hi I'm having the same problem here in the UK and it's very frustrating especially as the other way was so easy and quick. I hope you have had your funds fixed and everything is working for you now. Hi this has also happened to me here in the UK. I did what you said my funds are appearing and when I press it all my bank details are appearing but no withdraw message appears. Very strange and it is very frustraing. Thanks so much.

Not too sure if you were able to withdraw your funds yet. I managed to get mine. First of all I bought something from ebay and it deducted the amount from the balance and what I had  left I managed to actually withdraw it at last. I hope you had some luck with your ebay funds. Thanks.

I had the same problem when trying to access the links on payment page on mac and iPad on safari.  
I installed the ebay app and can withdraw funds through that to my bank.  It seems the payments page has been bricked.  No links work when trying to edit card info or withdraw money.  

Maybe it is by design so the tax dodging Californians can earn interest on your cash.

It would not suprise me.

Problems often arise on devices / browsers or a combination of both.

Switch if you can to a PC/ laptop and try Chrome that works best with eBay.

Others have suggested installing the new update for the app and trying from there,  it's a device I don't use so cannot comment on the success there, but it has workd for some!

Can be a matter of trying different devices and browsers, to find the ones that will work for you.
