Cannot withdraw funds

I sold my phone on Ebay 2 weeks ago today I have been told I can withdraw my funds but every time I try its greyed out and I can't press the button?

I've never had this happen to me ever.

Due to the value of the item and as you would be classed as a new seller your money is probably on hold for up to 30 days.   You could contact ebay tomorrow and check with them.   You can use callback on here:

My funds were on hold yntil ebay messaged saying they are available (which is true i have spent some of the funds using ebay balance) however I can't withdraw them into my bank account. Even though I have 2 cards linked and verified

As long as there is no initial hold on your payout,  that is,  if you are a new or returning seller, proceed this way below. 

Stangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others,  so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you.

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on the  >  arrow,   top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

Your eBay  balance will show at the top, cliick on withdraw bottom right.

On the pop up screen which appears, at the top,  there's a large,  bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it.  There,  you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Send £*** Now click on this.

A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way.  Click on this and then on Done.

Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times,  as to when you are able to withdraw the money.  Some banks are faster than others.

Hi mahirsphonezone, thanks for your post.

It looks like you've just added a bank account, and it is currently under review, which is why you are unable to withdraw your funds at the moment. This is done for safety and privacy reasons, and to prevent the funds from being sent to a wrong account by mistake. If you go to your seller hub, you will see a blue banner on your account advising you of this. Once the review is completed, you will be able to withdraw your funds if no holds applied to your transactions.
