Cannot remove card

My funds came in but I am unable to withdraw it to my account. In order to do so, i need to remove an old card that I can't remove because I don't remember the full credit card number. What can I do?

When withdrawing money it doesn't go into your credit card account , but into your bank account, and you need to add those details here:

Use a laptop / PC and Chrome,  not the app or mobile browser to do this.  It will take a few days to verify those details.
