Bank verification request - out of the blue request?

I have a request via an email to verify my bank account - is this genuine?  I have not changed anything on my account to prompt this 

Any thoughts appreciated - just do not want to be caught in a scam

Without looking at it, I wouldn't be able to confirm. However, to be safe, if you ever have concerns about your bank account, log into your eBay account and check from your eBay account. If actions are required/needed, you will be able to see it from there, and that is also a good way to confirm it is genuinely coming from our end.
