Balance not showing

I sold an item that was confirmed delivered tracked 48 two calendar days ago. On the transaction report it states funds are in my balance but they are not. Tried automated customer service but didn't get far as they kept repeating the new policy. Can anyone tell me if they're having the same issues?

Have you received the payment on your items? I have the same problem now with eBay

Your payments WILL catch up (especially if you don't use Ebay labels!!) eventually, but basically you have to wait for a break in sales (and therefore seller expenses). Atm I have a positive balance because I sold a load of stuff but haven't made any sales for a few weeks. 

Basically they're using your unpaid monies to fund your postage costs (if you use Ebay labels). This can be especially galling if you use untracked mail services, and then your buyers do not mark their items as received. It will take at least two weeks for your payout-- and that's if you haven't already spent the money on postage labels for your most recent sales.

If you look at your payments breakdown, you will see that you've probably already spent this supposed payout on postage labels. Basically they charge your money that's already been released to pay for postage on items whose monies haven't been released yet! 

It's kinda a ridiculous system that allows them to hoard our cash for longer- under the guise of 'buyer protection' ofc  😉

I have funds available today but still not available to draw anyone  else having issues?

Hiya do you know how to actually get the funds in account as I'm having the same problem that I had a successful sell it was delivered buyer was happy but it's not detacting the money do you know how to solve this

It will automatically  show up. 

When i posted my issue it eventually appeared at 7.45 that evening nearly 3 days after delivery.

When did you sell the item and when was it delivered?

I sold something yesterday around 11ish under this new payment scheme and when I checked at 5am this morning it was available.

Never had any of the issues before all their new "quicker faster easier better securer" rubbish came in

Having said that just tried to withdraw and does not come up with the option to do so.

Try a little later on today as today is eBay's maintenance day and many options are just not possible especially early in the morning in the UK , when it's still late night in eBay's HQ in CaliforNIA where they are tweaking and installing new systems,  sending things a little awry over here.

If you payout is showing Available ,  try later in the morning,  or early afternoon,  you should have more luck then.

I’m having this issue. It says the funds are available in my balance, but they’re not there. This was two days ago. I don’t owe eBay, I don’t know what’s going on. Hoping it just catches up?
