I am writing to request your assistance regarding my account’s current “Below Standard” status, which is impacting my ability to use Promoted Listings and affecting my overall business performance on the platform.
Upon reviewing my seller dashboard, I noticed the change in status and have been taking active steps to improve my performance. I am committed to providing excellent service to buyers, and I am currently working on addressing the issues that have contributed to this status, including:
Ensuring on-time shipping and uploading tracking details promptly
Reducing cancellation rates
Improving item descriptions to avoid returns or item-not-as-described cases

This is a member (user) to member forum. You would need to contact ebay and I've no idea if they would be interested. As far as I know they generate these scores/labels automatically from statistics. You are free to try of course, and they may be able to explain your scoring - and how they reached those scores in more depth.

It can take some time to get your standards ratings back up ,you have to keep providing good customer service and ebay review it every month and the more your customer service improves the more your ratings will improve . Make sure you post on time ,describe items properly ,put up plenty of photos too .I sell mainly clothes ,but I take pics of zips ,buttons ,care lables size labels ,end of sleeves and hems to show there is no wear and if there is I say so . And make sure you reply to any customer questions /comunications too . I have taken to sending items tracked 48 too so the parcel will be definitely be scanned on delivery and is more likely to be delivered within the 48 hours unlike standard postage even with tracking and it stops buyers saying no delivery .
If you are a buyer be kind to sellers ,if an item has arrived but not tracked be honest and let the seller know that it has arrived .Ebay work quietly behind the scenes and watch us all the time and mark us down for poor sevice
