Won't happen that way.

Provided they have paid for collection - they will be supplied a code that they need to give you on collection.

Once you enter that code - the funds will be available within 24 hours.

Note - they HAVE to choose Collect when ordering to get the code.

Did you offer collection in person as an option ?.

If not you would have to cancel the sale and relist as a buy it now with collection in person as the only option.

Buyer buys and gives you a collection code when they collect.
