Hi Guys,
Just grabbed a Mexico 86 album in a very poor state but nearly complete with stickers still quite bright and sharp.
I was planning to remove all the stickers (in a professional way) from the album to re-use.
Any help or suggestions on how to do it?
Have you ever tried yourself?
Cheers,
Ian

Hi Ian hope u are well pal 🙂
I too would like to hear how people manage to recover stickers that have already been
stuck in an album. U can usually pick up a bargain with albums on Ebay that have just a few stickers in them. Would be good to be able to put these to good use.

Hello Ian,
That is an excellent question my friend. I have no idea what chemicals or process they use but I have bought "recovered" Panini stickers before and they are amazing quality! They look as if they just came out of the packet, totally amazing. There are guys in Italy who are masters at doing this type of thing. The empty albums are then listed on Ebay and sell very well as they are rarer empty than full.
Regards,
Nicholas

I have the opposite problem. I have a 1970s album plus a full set of stickers and I want to put the stickers in the album but of course the adhesive no longer works and taking them off the backing will damage them. I want to glue them in the album but don’t want o use an adhesive which will damage the stickers over time. What can you recommend?
