Alec, from the error messages that appear when a photo is rejected, my guess would be that each group has been given a maximum amount of storage space for photos, and as soon as say ten photos are uploaded and the limit exceeded, no more can be added until others are deleted.
If this is right it does seem to make the option to have photo albums rather restrictive, and hopefully something ebay will sort out in time.
I think you are the only one who can delete photos, so it may be that you will have to knock out the older photos every now and then so that new ones can be uploaded.
Or, as normally is the case, I'm completely wrong and it's something else entirely 🙂
