Hi all
I'm nearly complete on my only France 98 album and I need the England trio - Adams Fowler Ferdinand.
Firstly - why are these so hard to find? And why aren't the album spaces numbered? Or I have I got a freaky example?
Secondly - has anyone got them to sell?
Cheers

I don't think they were included in the packs for some reason. Maybe a printing error or something like that. I know they are much rarer and difficult to find. If you are just wanting them for an album it might be worth getting the reproduction ones for sale at half the price. As far as I can tell they look pretty good. If you want them for a loose set they normally go for around £8 or £9 including postage. You can sometimes pick them up here and there where people are selling 10 or 20 stickers but it might just be worth buying them for £8 or £9 depending if you have the money available.
It's a weird set the France 98 one. You've got the Iran team which again wasn't printed, the badges which seem to go for an extortionate amount compared to other sets barring the really old ones and these 3 England players. The badges seem to be much more freely available with blue backing but if you're a bit anal like me you want the backs to all be the same colour. I've been collecting these as loose sets for some time beacause of how difficult it is to get and so should put a lot of people off and have loads of blue backed badges I've accumulated over the years as spares. I should sell them really! Can't help you out on the 3 England players though, I need to buy a few sets of them for myself.

Cheers for the replies. I'll pick up the repro set I think and see what they look like. The badges have been a bit pricey to collect I must say, its strange why these should be so expensive in relation to their age?
Although I'm still baffled by what prices France 98 stickers and albums go for, considering there were thousands produced and still available from Panini direct till relatively recently I believe!!
Still curious as to why the places in the album were unnumbered?

This was definitely a strange collection. I collected at the time and there were also no Spain stickers, they were pop out cards. I glued them into the album. Not sure if that was the right thing to do or not!
I sent off at the time for the missing stickers and Panini sent a page of Iran stickers which had to be cut out (as poster above states). That Iran set looks totally different to the set that appears in the Panini reprint book World cups 1970 - 2010.
