2002 Korea /Japan box of stickers

Hi guys anyone ever opened a box of these stickers? The reason im asking is to find out if there is a guaranteed complete set in each box? (600 stickers in box)

My brother bought a box and he opened it and there were 450 different with 150 doubles.
