hi all.

I haven't used ebay for a very long time, and didn't understand the new postage method. I sent the item tracked royal mail, but the buyer asked for simple delivery. my payment is now pending and account says delayed, I've removed all my other items as I don't want to keep sending items and not being paid for them.

I've contacted seller with tracking number and asked to be informed when it arrives, but she has not replied. what do I do please

To add the new tracking number you still need to generate the original prepaid label. Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking. That needs to be done on a desktop browser.

After that you can cancel the original label here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you cannot manage to do that the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
