That is old info on the email, you would not receive any reply to an email sent. Call Back / Live Chat when available, are there only means of communication with CS.

There is no phone number, it's a Call Back option, and eBay will not act on a report from one person if you are reporting a seller selling fake items, as eBay cannot see the item , and the complaint could be coming from a competitor.
Or, have you received a fake item? This is a different matter and you ' report' it by opening the following case.
You have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

Thanks for your reply, however, it's about an illegal use of images on products that the seller has no license to use, my company does, and it's an exclusive license. I had problems with counterfeiters on Amazon previously. Can you point me in the right direction, I'm not an expert on ebay's website, find it hard to find anything of use or who to complain to.

Aaah, ok then you do need to speak to Customer Services, but I strongly recommend contacting them tomorrow morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them. Try them now by all means, you'll know if it's Dublin's dulcet tones, as said, speak only to them.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

At the bottom of the page there is a VERO tab under the about ebay, it may be something there you need to set up.
