The Ebay guarantee states you will get the item you ordered or your money back.
So, use the guarantee.
Open a return. Give the reason for return that this is not the item you ordered and then the seller will have to sort it out.
They can either provide a label and ask you to send them the item you did receive, or they can simply refund you.
What they can't do, is say it isn't their problem.
