using courier services

Yesterday and the day before I could enter my own courier service and the price I want to charge. Today, it seems I can only use the simple delivery which is not what I want. Has someting changed or how do I avoid using the simple delivery and use a courier of my choice. Thank you.

Simple Delivery has been extended and you can no longer use your own postage except for letter size items under £10, or extra large/heavy items.
