using Postage stamps

If I add free postage can I use Royal Mail stamps for smaller items - postcards, comics etc. And how do I get the name and address for buyer. ? Thanks

You should be able to opt out of Simple Delivery and use your own postage for letter size items.    You can check which sub-categories are eligible in FAQs on here:
