Others have been reporting the same, but I have not seen any update if this issue is particular to any device or browser, or a temporary technical eBay issue?
I can tag Community managers to add your account to a ticket for the tech team to look at if there is an open ticket for this!

Can anyone help, is this an eBay / device / browser issue? There do seem to be quite a few reports coming in daily it seems issues for uploading photos.
