Hi worth9986, thanks for your post.
If you have a private account that automatically enrolls for Simple Delivery, you will be able to select the custom postage option if the item is bigger than 120cm x 80cm x 80cm and weight cannot be more than 20kg. If you click here, you can see a table with the max sizes per carrier. However, if the item is bigger or heavier than that, you can just pick the carrier and service of preference with the custom postage option as long as they can take your item (you'd need to check which carrier can take that item and under what specific service).
