unable to withdraw my money after 4 days

Sold an item and it was collected Monday evening by the purchaser.

Feedback all done and showed my balance as correct. I noticed my bank details wete incorrect (change bank account last year) , so updated my bank details. Ebay now put a hold on my withdrawal money for 48 hours Tuesday morning. Its now Friday morning and i still cannot withdraw my money snd unabke yo contact a person on ebay to ask what is going on. Seems a bit of a con with Ebay?

No con,  just a good security issue,  that is,  checking the details of a changed bank account are yours,  and not from a hacker.

Must admit eBay's messages are sometimes not clear / accurate,  so a few days checking your details,  may take a little longer.

Just keep an eye when the amount shows in the ' Available' section in your Payment Summary then you'll be able to withdraw the payout.

I have been buying on ebay weekly for 10 years no issues. Not too sure why they think its not me when all my purchases are through my account.

Anyway 48 hours was quoted on Tuesday morning its now over 72 hours. 

Ebay must make loads of interest by  keeping hold peoples money.

Not a very good experience of selling on here. Should have used other selling platform my big mistake. But hey we learn.

If it is showing ' Available' may I ask,  which device or browser are you using?

If the app switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  that seems to work best.

It all sounds like simple actions but it has helped some also by logging off completely,  logging back with clearing cache and cookies,  and using the above device and browser.
