I used ebay's print a postage label service but I am unable to post the item by Royal Mail. I have been to three different local branches and they all declined the item due to its size. My only option is taking it to the main branch but since there is no parking I am unable to do so. I contacted the buyer about the issue. Is there anything that I can do at the moment? It is a shame ebay doesn't seem to have live chat. Thanks
Well I doubt that speaking to ebay would be much help, would pick up be a better option, assuming size is not a problem, but I suspect you need Parcelforce.
