unable to connect ebay chat

Dear eBay Team,

We Housedreamz,(Private) trying to contact eBay through chat option but i am unable to connect the chat room, i am not sure what is the issue i have tried to remove the cache from browser and also try different browser but still facing the same issue. 

I need your help to resolve and fix this issue.
