trying to return an item

buying from e-bay no problem but returning an item a nightmare. I recently bought two wall lights they were not as depicted on the seller website. e-mailed seller 5 times no reply. Contacted e-bay and they have issued me a return label. Problem is evey time I try to open the return label a message comes up saying "technical issue try again later". I have been asked to change my password and have done so 3 times now.  I am now running out of time to return the lamps and will be £73 out of pocket?  Any suggestions how I get money  back? Thanks
